Greetings traveller ! My name is Patrick-Raul Babinsky a.k.a Marb7e.

I am glad you stumbled upon me! If you're looking for the "audio guy" I am happy to tell you that you've found him. With great pride I say that I'm stretching on the entire audio pipeline to be as versatile as possible, by that I mean from creating it in my mind , then on paper under the shape of drafts or music notes to transposing it into my DAW where it gets edited, modified, cleaned up, mixed and mastered until it finally gets implemented through middleware or straight into the preferred engine. I take great pride in any of my work and no matter what type of project I'm working on, I am always providing top quality. Even though I am still "new in the game" my ambition is unmatched and I strive to become my best self at any time.

On a more personal layer I am a musician albeit not the best. I play piano and guitar and weird or niche instruments I collect for my own pleasure. I do make my own music which is for fun, where I try new techniques and to push the boundaries of conventional genres. I like to use my sound design skills when I create music and vice-versa because it offers sometimes very peculiar results. Other forms of art are close to my heart too, in my free time I like to paint and write; stories or poems or lyrics.
I really like playing football and basketball and going to the gym, with football being a sport I have played since I was a kid on the streets of my little town in Transylvania, but I am someone that enjoys giving everything a try. Growing up close to the Carpathians gave me a very spiritual connection to the mountains so I enjoy hiking  and escaping into the nature whenever I get the chance to.

I love RPGs so it goes without saying that I sometimes cosplay and play D&D and have been a Dungeon Master since 2018.  As for gaming when time allows I find myself to play more RTS and Colony Sims, City-builders and such, opposed to a youth of competitive Shooters and MOBAs. I did have a brief appearance for the League of Legends eSports team of my college but the fame remained locally ^^.

I am a very social person, considering myself an extrovert, I enjoy meeting new people and listening to their stories, dreams and what makes them unique or discussing various topics from heavy existential crisis-inducing ones to very silly questions or dilemmas. For example, as a little token of appreciation for reading my small biography, I let you have this one to discuss with your friends and loved ones. Guaranteed debate starter.

As you can see, all of my hobbies are a bit interconnected which makes it very easy to lose myself by hopping in between them.
